Description
This episode of the series En Francais from November 7, 1982, features James Fontenot's interview with Sam Broussard of New Iberia, Louisiana. Broussard served in the Louisiana State Senate from 1960-1968. He discusses his service in the Office of Strategic Services during World War II, including his work with the French Resistance and sitting in on General Dwight D. Eisenhower's top-secret briefing on the plans to invade Normandy on D-Day.
